The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Our building gets a nice breeze off the lake. 2/2 second floor unit boasts beautifully redone kitchen and primary bath, spacious primary bedroom and walkin closet. Walking distance to Eastlake High, 1.2 miles from Cypress Woods Elementary. Brooker Creek Publix less than 2 miles away. The beautiful John Chesnut Sr. park is less than a 10 minute drive. Dunedin is a 20 minute drive. 20 miles to the world famous clearwater beach. Please message with any questions! Applicants must have a clean background check and a credit score of 680 or above. No smoking of any kind in the unit or the community. Smokers need not apply. One cat or dog under 25lbs accepted. Emotional support or service dogs over 25lbs will need proper documentation provided to the HOA. Lease must end June 30th, 2026 due to HOA rules unless a lease is signed for another year. Rent includes water and trash. Wifi and power are renters responsibility. There is no monthly HOA fee for renters. In unit washer and dryer. No subletting. Max of 4 occupants in the unit. Condo is unfurnished. Lease includes one assigned parking spot and an outdoor storage closet just outside the unit. Lovely pool overlooking the lake, clubhouse, park, tennis courts, well maintained walking trail and green spaces. APPLICATION PROCESS AND FEES -Background check and credit screening $35 through Zillow. -Must be approved by the HOA with a $150 application fee. -The HOA needs a one time security deposit of $600 to cover any damages that occur to community elements by the renter. Fully refundable when lease is up assuming no damage has occurred. -Deposit to the landlord to secure the lease is first month's rent and additional months rent.
