The home features a remodeled kitchen and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Unit is currently furnished, but will be rented unfurnished. Unit may be rented furnished for an additional $150/month. Freshly painted with included free-standing air conditioner, the home also features a small office area. All utilities and high speed internet are included for a flat fee of $150/month. There is a shared laundry room in the building. Located in the highly desirable Multnomah Village neighborhood, walking/biking distance from lots of restaurants, shops, bars and parks. Ample transit options available, close to OHSU and only a short drive from central Portland. ____________________________________________________ Application Submission: We will begin accepting applications for this property at: 2/2/24 at 12pm. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. Please request our Rental Overview & Screening Info document for more info about what is required to complete your application. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application. Pet Policy: Two pets, cats or dogs (up to 40 lbs) are allowed. There is an additional security deposit of $500/pet and additional pet rent of $25/month/pet. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for a $150/month flat utility payment. Utilities are then paid by Owner, including high-speed internet. Laundry: Home includes access to a shared laundry room. Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
