All other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. This property is pet-friendly with prior approval. All pets are screened through our 3rd party pet screening service and a non-refundable pet fee with a monthly $35 pet fee. All showings are scheduled by appointment only, and an agent will meet you at the home. Approx.
