Rest and recoup on the large screened porch with peaceful wooded and water views! For the working vacation, there is a dedicated work desk in the living area. Full size washer and dryer with folding counter in laundry room. There is a one-car garage available, plus designated driveway parking in addition to free overflow guest parking nearby. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, this 2nd floor condo has stair access only with no elevator. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use. We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Cats must be declawed. No puppies. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival. Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award-winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
