How many waterfront homes do you know that have an attached garage? This one does!! Quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping! Huge walk in pantry closet/storage! Utility room with sink has storage racks and storage space! No smokers (including vaping). Pets conditionally approved. Renters Insurance required. Security damage deposit of $1950 is due prior to move in along with first months rent. One bedroom does not have a window (more of an office/den). Tenant responsible for utilities. There is a private dock, but unsure of safety as owner just purchased property. Tenant will have to sign liability release regarding dock if tenant chooses to use it. Tenant must get their own internet account (install required) if they choose to have internet. Yard needs some work. New septic tank was just installed and yard has been torn up. New yard will be installed around the fire pit area of the backyard in Spring 2026. All information deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. Tenant to verify all information to their own satisfaction.
