Lease rate includes water, sewer, trash disposal, landscaping and pest control. Community has a playground, weight room, pool, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts. No smoking permitted. Pet accepted under 25 lbs. $ 300 non- refundable pet fee & additional $ 25 monthly lease rate.
