Now, 47 years later, he still lives in the same unit, and he purchased another unit nearby that he uses as his library. "I wouldn't live anywhere else," he said. Gettier has a new neighbor, Rick Conary, a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway, who moved in just a few months ago after hearing about Woodland House from a colleague and Woodland House unit owner. "The value you get here is just tremendous," Conary said.
