Je cherche à transférer mon bail jusqu'en mars 2015 car je dois déménager en raison du travail. Il s'agit d'un bel apartement de 2 chambres à coucher dans un coin tranquille. Belle salle de bain, la cuisine et le salon sont très spacieux et chaque chambre a son garde-robe. Deux portes d'entrées, une à l'avant, une à l'arrière. Superficie total d'environ 850 pieds carrés. Le building est dans un cul-de-sac donc il n'y a aucune circulation. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants! Le building est très tranquille, proche des Promenades et des magasins et restos sur Gréber. Même tout peut se faire à pied! Le loyer est de 695$/mois, pas chauffé ni éclairé (environ 45$/mois l'hiver, environ 30$/mois durant l'été). Le logis n'a pas d'électros mais il est possible de louer un poêle et frigidaire du proprio. Le stationnement est inclus dans le loyer. La peinture et quelques rénovations viennent d'être faits. Les chats sont acceptés, il faudrait vérifier pour les petits chiens. Faites vite car ca ne restera pas longtemps sur le marché! ------- I have to move to another city because of my work and I am looking to transfer my lease until March 2015. It is located close to the Promenades shopping mall and to the stores and restaurants on Greber Blvd - all within walking distance! The rent is 695$/month, heat and electricity not included (approx. 45$/month during winter, approx. $30/month during summer). There are no appliances but it is possible to rent a fridge and stove from the landlord. Parking is included in the rent. Cats are accepted in the apartment, but wouldn't need to check about small dogs. Act fast, this won't stay long on the market!
