I have an unfurnished bedroom available in my 2 bedroom apartment starting September 1st. The common areas are furnished and I am willing to share all kitchen utensils. The apartment is very spacious and bright. It is on the top floor in the corner so it is very quiet. Lake Ontario is a 2 minute walk away with tons of beautiful walking trails and beaches. NoFrills, LCBO, Dollarama, The Beer Store and lots of restaurants are only 10 minute walking distance away. It is also a 15 minute walk from Humber College Lakeshore campus, which is where I attend full-time. I am looking for a FEMALE, preferably a student or a young professional who is easy-going, friendly and has a busy schedule like myself. There is parking available and laundry on site.
