These projects are professional and as respectful as possible regarding volume and operate on a strict 10pm curfew. My current roommate is a female in her early 20's with a cat. The specific room for rent is roughly 11' x 11', and has built in storage and shelving in the rooms closet. The room is furnished with a bed bed frame that can be removed upon request.
