Walk or bike anywhere, including breweries, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, the Poudre River White Water Park, the Old Town business district, Martinez Park, and more. You can keep your bicycles stored in the secure storage shed. The comfort of the apartment is enhanced by large double hung wood framed windows, ceiling fans in all rooms, AC and electric heat. With 400 square feet of outdoor deck make sure to bring your outdoor furniture and grill. All utilities, including high speed internet, are included in your rent and yard maintenance is provided. You won't need a car in this central location but if you have one off street parking is available for you. No smoking is allowed in the house. Cats are welcome but we cannot take other pets.
