Great location, close to schools, shopping, parks and only 20 minutes from Andrews Air Force Base, 30 minutes to National Harbor and Washington D. C. The main level has a sunny office with double doors, bow window and plush wall-to-wall carpeting. The rec room also has lovely wall-to-wall carpeting, fireplace, large half-bathroom, loads of storage and laundry area with washer/dryer included. The main level is very elegant, with large Doric pillars separating the dining area, to include designer chandelier lighting. The kitchen has an additional sunroom dining area that opens onto the two-story deck. A serving window is built into the wall separating the dining/living area and kitchen. The living room is spacious, with wall-to-wall carpeting and plenty of windows allowing in natural light. The upper level has three bedrooms, including a roomy master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom featuring dual vanities, soaking tub, vaulted ceilings and walk-in closet. The two secondary rooms have good closet space and also feature wall-to-wall carpeting. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. The backyard is fenced in and has extra storage area and patio. Walking trails and trees line the back of the townhome and a playground is just a quick walk down the trail. There are two assigned parking spaces and plenty of overflow visitor parking.
