I DID NOT REALIZE THAT THE NEW LEASE THE PAYMENT HAD TO BE IN BY THE 5TH AND I TRIED TO PAY ON THE 10TH AS USUAL. I WAS CHARGED 84.00 AND I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY TOOK OFF THE LATE FEE SINCE I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE BEFORE. WONDERFUL WOMAN WHO HANDLES BROOKMONT. THANK YOU
