Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home off 3000 S between Victor and Driggs. Available Sept 12, one year lease. Brand new build, no shared walls! Stainless steel appliances, soft close kitchen cabinets, large soaking tub, electric fireplace (mantel will be installed next week), and beautiful views. There is a creek on the other side of the property that attracts moose, deer, elk, and lots of birds. You will likely see them from the kitchen and master bedroom windows in the fall and early spring. I planted a bunch of wild flowers around the home and they have started to bloom very well, theres a few poppies hidden around too. There is not a garage but there is a lot of parking space available. Washer, dryer (to be installed next week), range, microwave, and fridge included. A couple notes: Dogs are allowed but there is not a fence around the home. I live in a seperate home at the front of the property, but you have nearly a quarter acre to yourself. There is not cable ran for silver star to the home so you must have t mobile, starlink, etc. I will pay water, and sewer, tenant pays electric, garbage, and internet.
