Tucked away at the foot of a protected land trust, you will not find more privacy this close to downtown Chattanooga. This pet-friendly 2BR pad is ideal for 2 best friends, 1 lovely couple, or a party of 1 in need of a little extra space/at-home office. A FEW PERKS: 2 porches (front and back), a massive backyard, huge basement space for storage (or a gym?), 2-minute drive to the nearest gas station, 3-minute drive to Publix, 4-minute drive to Milk & Honey (amazing coffee/brunch/ice cream), 5-minute drive to downtown Chatt, and (as already mentioned) an insane amount of privacy. The only other house on the street is owned by the same landlord and used primarily as an office—so basically, the neighborhood is all yours! Utilities not included. Must be set up and paid for separately by tenant.
