2 bed 1 bath fully furnished suite available for rent. Available from October 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025 (7 months). Located close to Lonsdale with easy access to the Upper Levels Highway and ample unlimited on street parking. Close to Carson Graham Secondary School. The suite comprises the entire upper level of the detached house with a private patio out front. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. The suite features an open plan living/dining area features windows facing the front patio and a lush adjacent garden, providing excellent natural light. The living space has a full sized dining table, a sectional couch, a desk that can be used as a workspace, and a 55” Smart TV. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender are also provided. The two bedrooms have corner windows that overlook the rear garden. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a full double-sized bed. There is a dedicated washer and dryer for the suite as well.I have previously had the place on Airbnb so it is fully stocked and includes bedding, towels, kitchen supplies etc. as well. I live in the lower suite but have independent access through the garden side. rent included utilities and internet
