There is a BT stop located close by, you are within walking distance to the Food Lion and 7-11 and it's an easy bike ride to campus. There are two reserved parking spots and additional open parking. A washer and dryer and included so you do not have to waste time at the laundromat. Downstairs has a living room, dining room, and large eat-in kitchen. There is a small patio out back for grilling and hanging out in the sun. The four bedrooms are located upstairs along with two full bathrooms. There is an additional half bath on the first floor. - To submit an application go to app tenantturner com listings insightrpm There is a non-refundable $87 application fee for each applicant 18 years old and over.
