Four bedrooms are all upstairs including the master suite which has it's own 3/4 bath. Another full bath upstairs is shared by the remaining three bedrooms. A guest 1/2 bath, kitchen and laundry (washer/dryer included) are located on the first floor. The first floor also has two separate living rooms on either side of the staircase or one side could possibly be used for a home office. Primary heating & cooling is refrigerated central air (A/C) and a natural gas, forced-air furnace. There's also a wood-burning pellet stove to compliment or save you a ton of money on your heating bill! There's a full-sized, two car garage for all your parking and storage needs. A timed sprinkler system installed will make lawn watering a breeze. We don't use Zillow applications. There is a $50 application fee per adult that will live there and/or each cosigner. Applicants who wish to have their application fee refunded have the right to provide a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. Applicants may request to have their application fee refunded within 30 days after providing an approved tenant screening.
