This home features spacious living areas including both a living room and family room, a single car garage and two driveways for plenty of off-street parking, master suite, huge fenced backyard with covered patio, back deck, and plenty of potential for gardening. Yard also has gazebo with hot tub which isn't currently functioning, but is possible for tenant to use if they accept responsibility for hot tub cleaning, repair, and maintenance costs. Newer carpet in the family room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Some pets OK that meet CCPM Pet Policy requirements. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and garbage, as well as yard care. 11 month lease with option to renew Applications will be accepted between beginning April 15, 2024 until rented. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the Landlord’s screening and application requirements.
