Located in a quiet, sought-after community, this end unit condo offers a convenient location away from the hustle and bustle, but close to all you need. Property Type: Condo Bedrooms/Bathrooms: 3 Br / 2 BA Square Footage: Approx. 1,160 Sq Ft Flooring: Luxury Vinyl Plank, vinyl, carpet Parking: Off-street (Assigned spaces) Appliances Included: Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Disposal, Washer, and Dryer. Utilities: Tenant responsible for Water, Sewer, and Electric. Trash receptacles provided in the community by the HOA. Lawn Care: Provided by HOA. Sorry, no pets. No smoking. An application is required for all occupants age 18 and older with a $55 non-refundable fee required for each applicant. A credit, background, and eviction check as well as employment, income, and rental history verifications are completed on all applications. In addition to the application fee, a one time $100 lease admin fee is due at time of lease signing and a $5 monthly credit reporting fee is required for reporting of rental payments to credit bureaus.
