The main house includes a large primary bedroom (king bed) with a walk-in closet and newly remodeled ensuite bathroom. The kitchen, dining & living room boast ocean views with a welcoming and comfortable open floor plan. Enjoy relaxing in the living room that includes a large corner gas fireplace, perfect for keeping warm on colder nights – all while taking in the panoramic ocean views! The second bedroom is a unique and private detached room just steps away from the main house via a covered patio and views of the courtyard. The newly renovated guest bathroom is in the main house, next to the entryway. There is an additional detached office room with French doors and views of the courtyard. Step out to your private patio with a picnic table, barbeque and sandbox including lounge chairs and lots of umbrellas. Be greeted by dolphins swimming by as you sip your coffee on the private deck. Take the private steps down to Solimar beach for morning walks, sea glass hunting at low tide, or sit on the deck during high tide for sunset cocktails and feel the waves crash on the rocks below. Included in your stay at the Solimar Beach Colony, you will have access to private tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court and the children’s playground. Your Solimar Sanctuary is centrally located, Downtown Ventura (10 min), Carpinteria (15 min), Santa Barbara (25 min), and Ojai (30 min), LAX & Hollywood (60 miles). You will experience the expansive Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, Rincon Coastline, world class surf breaks and unparalleled sunsets. Your second home and paradise awaits!
