The kitchen provides ample cabinet space and has a back door leading out into the shared backyard. Between the living room and kitchen, you have access downstairs where there are washer and dryer hookups available, along with a wash basin sink. The large basement has built-in shelving units along the back wall, so you will never run out of organized storage space. Both of the bedrooms are moderately sized with considerable closet space. This property also features a two-car detached garage which is shared between both units of the duplex. All utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and trash service are separately metered and the tenant's responsibility. Lawn care and snow removal is a shared responsibility between both units of the duplex. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
