A resort-style pool with cabanas for fun in the sun, a fitness center stacked with equipment, a basketball court, and a resident clubroom are just a few of the features that make our apartments so Uncommon. No matter what, Hillsborough Street is expensive, however, I do think that if I was going to live anywhere it would be Uncommon Raleigh. Uncommon Raleigh is truly your BANG for your BUCK! They have an awesome Basketball court outdoors, and they are one of the only properties close to NC State that has an outdoor pool where you are not surrounded by other apartments. The outdoor gym just got installed this year too and looks AMAZING. In terms of staffing, I also believe that Uncommon Raleigh is truly the best. They answer all my questions and are always so nice. It looks like one of the girls at the front desk even got promoted. The maintenance staff is also TOP tier. They get to all my work orders in a timely manner and if there is ever any delay they put notes in so I can stay updated. Yes there are pests here and there, but honestly - where is there not? As long as I put a work order in, Terminix always comes within a week and handles it. Overall, Uncommon Raleigh is the place to be. It's cute, it's safe, and it's walking distance to campus! I plan on signing a lease here next year so I can finally get the College experience I DESERVE!

The apartments and amenities are all extremely nice and well maintained. The staff is also super friendly, helpful, and available whenever anything is needed. Price is competitive with nearby locations while offering a better living experience. Highly recommend!
