The galley kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances. Stackable front loading washer and dryer included, located next to the kitchen. The backyard is private and fully fenced. The home does have central AC. The home was built in 1951 but was rebuilt in 2022. It is located in School District 11. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and trash service. Dogs allowed, unfortunately no cats. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
