Room is not furnished; living room and kitchen are furnished. House: Clean, classy, and comfortable. You would have access to the kitchen and to the living space as well as one driveway parking space for your vehicle, and ample street parking for extra vehicles or guests. Laundry is also available on-site in the garage. Currently living with one sweet, kind, human-loving miniature Australian Shepherd. He is quiet, respectful of space, and an adult dog, with overall lower energy. Good with humans and other canines. He is not intrusive and will spend most of his time laying at your feet in the kitchen or living room. Community: Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Access to plenty of supermarkets, fine dining, and trails for walking, cycling, and hiking. Close to the 60, 10, and 57 freeways. Myself: I am a 31-year-old single professional female. I am a clinical pharmacist and I work at a nearby hospital as well as an independent pharmacy with variable work hours. I've been taking on more responsibilities at work, so it keeps me pretty busy. When I find some free time, I work out, surf, hike, watch tv shows, read books, clean and cook, spend time with my pup, the usual. I’m an avid traveler, and love to spend time globe trotting when I find time in my hectic work schedule. I like to research new places to travel to, and tend to enjoy active experiences like snowboarding. Or just research fun things to do or cool places to eat/drink around LA/OC :). I occasionally have friends over for intimate dinner parties. I consider myself a clean individual and would be very respectful of common areas and your privacy. I don't throw any huge parties at the house. About my current housemate: Also a young female professional, who is kind, courteous, and respectful of common spaces. Shared bathroom. What I'm looking for in a roommate: One female roommate. Young professional like myself or student. Clean, respectful of common areas and property. Non-smoker, no drugs, no huge parties.
