This is a great 3 bedroom home with a separate garage and nice yard. Convenient to everything. There is an ADU on the site that is already leased out. The house is comfortable and has a nice walk up to the front door. There is a separate garage entrance, garage has a nice work bench that is perfect for working on Mountain Bikes, skis and snowboards. This property is the quintessintial Bend lifestyle.
