Really nice fenced back yard. Pets allowed. Restrictions apply to breed, size, and age. Veterinary records required. Additional pet deposit may apply. Application fee is $40 per adult. Deposit is $1,200. Rent is $1,200. Tenant responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance, and pest control. No smoking. Proof of renter's insurance required (available for $17/mo) Reasonable credit history, no evictions, no unpaid debt to past landlords, and proof of income. All information is verified before a lease can be offered. This home has been cleaned and is ready for move-in.
