We have already paid all deposit costs and pet cost to this apartment! There is a $45 dollar application fee for the renting office. This is a 1 Bedroom floor plan apartment that includes a fully equipped kitchen, private porch, washer and dryer, dining space, and open living floor plan. Hickory Woods is a pet friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Pets may be either dogs or cats. Pets must be under 100 pounds in weight ( No reptiles or rodents). Our unit is not an updated (so no microwave and the counter tops in our kitchen are tan not gray) but everything is still in working condition and in pretty good shape! With this you would be taking over our current lease which ends in February. You will have the option of renewing the lease if you would like, also you will have to get approved by the renting office to change the lease over. We would be taking our names off of the lease and everything would move over to your name. Rent is $730 a month (plus water) We are very close to the pool, gym, and office so its really easy access! Also a very large parking lot so there are plenty of spaces directly in front of the building. Community Amenities Pool with sundeck and grill area New fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights Clubhouse with business center Tennis Courts Basketball Courts Playground If you are interested please feel free to ask questions (****)! We are moving out October 22nd so the apartment would be available for touring or moving in by the following Tuesday.
