I'm renting a Fully Private BEDROOM with a Private bathroom(ensuite) , Wi-Fi, TV and all Utilities included! Full private kitchen access, parking . The room is fully furnished except for linens. There is a small fridge and a TV also included! rent is $599.00 .$649 w pets Showings starts May 7 2016 For privacy concerns, the address is on the 300 block of fenton street . New Westminster is geographically centered in the lower mainland and 20 minutes away from every major city east-west , you cannot find a better city than this! We're about 15 minutes from Vancouver and about 20 minutes from the beaches! Also public transportation and Skytrain are close by! We don't have any pets, but I may consider if you have a small dog/cat. (pet damage deposit $300). We are located walking distance to the Queensborough outlet where you can shop and dine in place like walmart, Boston pizza ect.
