We are constantly bringing in new inventory so check back weekly for an updated list. Approval is based on the results of the online application. The application fee is $45.00. Everyone who will be living in the home that is over the age of 18 will need to complete a SEPARATE application. We will receive a credit check, background check and eviction check. In order to be approved with our standard deposit (equal to rent amount) there must be no open evictions within the last 5 years, no criminal background and credit scores must be 540 or higher. If the credit score is below a 540 it is at the discretion of the property manager and approval is not guaranteed. Homes are given to the first approved applicant that pays the reservation fee. In the rare instance that you cannot have your first choice, the application can be applied to a home similar in price. All of our homes are pet friendly! Pet Policy: There is a pet deposit that is $250 for one pet and $100 for each additional pet with a maximum of 3 pets. There is also pet rent each month with $25 for the first pet, and $10 for each additional pet. Property does not allow for the following pets: Akita, American Malamute, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, Korean Jindo, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, wolf/wolf hybrid. Once approved, a Reservation Binder and $150 nonrefundable flat fee reserves the home. This fee is not applied to first months rent or security deposit.
