This home is conveniently located off Sweeten Creek Rd in Arden close to shopping and restaurants. There is a heat pump that provides AC and heat. $1825 Security Deposit $1825 Monthly Rent $65 Application fee per applicant (Credit & Background Screening) $150 Administrative fee due at lease signing 1 dog under 40 lbs will be considered with a non-refundable pet fee and breed approval.
