Open style kitchen includes a dishwasher along with the stove/oven and fridge. Washer and dryer are insuite. There is a gas fireplace in the main living area. 1 Parking space is included. Approx 472sqft. New laminate wood floors being installed (all carpeting shown in the photos will be replaced with laminate flooring). Sorry, no pets in this one. This is a 100% non-smoking apartment, including on the patio space.
