Just a short drive from Clairemont Ave, you are in close proximity to Festival Foods, 7 Brew Coffee, Dunkin Donuts, Casa Margarita, Kwik Trip, Culver's and all that downtown Eau Claire has to offer! All utilities are separately metered and are the tenant’s responsibility. Dogs may be considered for an additional $50 monthly fee and pet deposit. Size, breed, and quantity restrictions apply.
