No NSF checks or late fees to a prior or current landlord. a. Exceptions may be made for both first-time renters or for those moving from home ownership to a rental situation. b. In some cases a co-signer may be required. 7. If applicants are applying as roommates, denying one applicant will result in all applicants being denied. No greater number of tenants than the unit can accommodate, given the size, number of rooms, bathrooms, etc. 8.
