Close to Library, supermarket, Westgate park, Great Weston shopping center...etc The rent $800.00 including water/trash, landscaping, mowing/snow, storage in the basement and parking permit per unit for First Come first served parking area. Tenants pay gas, electric. If there is more than one person living in the unit, there is additional $50.00/per additional person/per month in addition to the rent. For you and your neighbors' safety, everyone has to pass background check and on the lease to be able to live in our building. No pets and Non smoking building.
