Very spacious and lots of natural light. Located just of Court Street with a short walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping, College. Heat, Trash and Plowing included in rent. Would consider a 3rd person if a family with a child moved in. No smoking, no pets. Tenant pays $50/pp credit check and background check.
