The laundry closet with shelving and storage is located in the kitchen, and the full-size washer and dryer will remain for tenant use, but will not be repaired or replaced by the owner. The primary bedroom is located at the back of the home and includes a private back deck, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share the hall bathroom. Both bathrooms have nice vanities, tile floors, and a shower/bathtub. Bedrooms are carpeted. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and all utilities, including a monthly sewer reimbursement, currently $33.39. An estimated 2.5% yearly increase to the sewer fee occurs in July. Water is supplied by a shared well. Central heat and air conditioning (electric) plus ceiling fans throughout. Laminate wood, tile, and carpet flooring.
