This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comes with endless features, including: wood floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, well-maintained appliances, an attached garage, and an in-unit washer and dryer! Tenants are responsible for placing gas and electric directly in their name through DTE. Water/sewer/trash/recycling plus lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. The condo complex offers access to a small gym, tennis court, and nature trails. Pets are not allowed. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
