The lower level includes a 2nd kitchen with laundry that opens up to the lower living room. There is also a 2nd living room with a large walk-in closet (non-conforming windows), the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath. Pets allowed with a $300 nonrefundable deposit and a pet rent of $30 per month per pet. Security deposit: $1800 Rent is $1800/month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. No Smoking in the home. Tenant or Renter's Insurance is required. Online rent payments available upon request!
