The second floor also offers an additional loft/flex space that could be used as a kids sitting area, home office or hobby room. *** Showings will begin on 10/15*** Landscaping, pest control and trash pick up are included. ForeShore, LLC has been hired only to secure a tenant for this property. The home will be privately managed by the owner as "landlord." Cypress Ridge is conveniently located off of Okatie Highway, offering easy access to both Bluffton and Savannah, as well as the beaches of Hilton Head Island.
