It's approximately a 15-minute drive to Bluffton, 25 minutes to Hilton Head Island, 30 minutes to Beaufort, and 40 minutes to Savannah. The area is also popular for golf trips, with multiple courses within a few miles. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A $75 fee will be charged if guests leave more than thirty minutes after the posted check-out time. If possession of the premises is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at the base nightly rate. A $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any infringement upon this rule shall result in a $200 fine, in addition to potential additional costs.
