2824 Slocomb Road is located on the North side of Fayetteville, outside of the city limits in Cumberland County, in the small community of Linden, NC. It is a 15+ minute drive to the Honeycutt Gate entrance at Fort Bragg. This home is located on a 34 acre tract that has Cape Fear River access. The home was just remodeled and has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. It has fresh paint through out the whole house. The kitchen has new cabinets, new paint, new vinyl flooring and a very large pantry. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, stove and side by side refrigerator. There is a separate laundry room/mud room that has a door that leads out to a new rear deck (16’ x 6’). The home also has a new Gas pack and central AC. The living room has extensive moldings and a real brick fireplace for wood burning. The home has a very large bonus room that runs the length of the home. It is painted and trimmed out, but has no carpeting. This is ideal for storage of TA-50 or light tactical gear, out of the way, but on site. I will grant access to the whole 34 acres, for fishing and nature walks. I prefer active duty soldiers and or country loving folk. I spent 30K on the remodel and the home shows like new construction, so I prefer soldier or couple with no dependents. Pets are negotiable.
