They will love the large fenced in backyard! Landlord pays for refuse, tenant is responsible for all other utilities (water, electricity, gas) as well as lawn care and snow removal. You MUST complete our petscreening application at https dhi petscreening com or your application will not be complete. Must have a renter's insurance policy before moving in. We do not take housing, that includes Section 8 or LHA.
