Through the pass-through window in the kitchen is the family room. On the left is a storage room and laundry. In the back of the house is the main bedroom with dual closets and en suite full bath. There are two guest bedrooms one of which has a loft with ladder access. There is also a full guest bathroom. The home has an attached two car garage with storage and workbench on the exterior is a shed. This home is nestled in the amazing boulders of the granite dells and is surrounded by mature trees and lots of boulders. No HOA. Heating: Mini split and Propane wall unit. Cooling: Mini split Appliances include: refrigerator, propane stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, built-in microwave, washer and dryer. Utilities Resident Pays for: Electric – APS. Showings might be a group showing or an individual showing. Showings are 10 minutes long. Please do not be late, we schedule back-to-back showings and will not be able to wait for you to arrive if you are late. We do recommend viewing the property but this is not required.
