Enter off the covered front porch into the open living, dining in kitchen area. There is a propane fireplace, vaulted ceiling’s, log beams and log work. The kitchen features cherry cabinets, solid surface countertops, black appliances and an island with custom Nautilus inlaid concrete countertop. Through the pass-through window in the kitchen is the family room. On the left is a storage room and laundry. In the back of the house is the main bedroom with dual closets and en suite full bath. There are two guest bedrooms one of which has a loft with ladder access. There is also a full guest bathroom. The home has an attached two car garage with storage and workbench on the exterior is a shed. This home is nestled in the amazing boulders of the granite dells and is surrounded by mature trees and lots of boulders. No HOA. Heating: Mini split and Propane wall unit. Cooling: Mini split Appliances include: refrigerator, propane stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, built-in microwave, washer and dryer. Utilities Resident Pays for: Electric – APS. Propane – Yavapai Bottle Gas Company Water & Sewer - City of Prescott Trash - Waste Management - not included in water account Terms: Non-smoking/vaping premises, smokers/vapers need not apply. 2 dogs Max under 60 pounds, no cats No puppies (under 1), no kittens (under 1), no banned dog breeds or dogs with a bite history. If applicable/allowed there is Pet rent of $50/month for the first pet and $25/month for each additional pet. Sorry no college students. One year lease. Renters insurance is required.
