(Hydro, garbage/water, internet) Experience comfortable living in a quiet and well-maintained property in a fantastic neighborhood, perfect for those seeking a cozy and inviting space to call home! Beautiful, quiet location just steps to the Gorge Waterway (near Admirals Road). Well appointed kitchen with modern appliance package. In suite laundry. Private entrance, and outdoor patio perfect for relaxing. Generously sized master bedroom. The second bedroom is on the smaller side, and perhaps better suited as a guest space, kids room or office. The second room includes a double size Murphy bed (can also be removed). Seeking a professional single person or couple to occupy the suite. We’d prefer to rent to quiet respectful tenants with great references (employment/proof of income and previous landlord references will be required). Maximum of 2 adult occupants. Preference will be given to long term tenants (minimum 6 month lease). Pets considered on a case by case basis. We have a 3 year old golden retriever who is very well behaved, and affectionate. Due to our dog being on the property we can’t allow shared use of the back yard with another dog or in the outdoor patio space at the rear of the suite. Cats are ok. No smoking/vaping/illegal activity anywhere on the property. 1 off street parking spot is included. There is limited street parking nearby as well. About us: We are a busy, working professional couple in our mid 30s, who are usually up early (around 7am) and work Monday to Friday, 9-5.
