There are several room options available: 1) 1000+ sq ft basement with two bedrooms (19' × 10') and (12' x 10'), sharing a luxury bathroom with steam sauna/shower, complimented by a large, open living area with electric fireplace and a luxury kitchenette (currently under construction, as pictured). The entire space is available for rent preferably to a couple or two housemates for $2200, or individually, negotiable from $1000 - $1500. This space can be provided furnished or unfinished. 2) One 11' x 13' bedroom on main floor with private, full bathroom. $1200 depending on length of stay and furnishings. * I may be able to provide some furnishings as desired. The home shares a private cul-de-sac with only two other homes with ample parking and a possible option for one available garage space. About the current housemates: Chris (home owner): When not working in the Audio Visual and entertainment industry, I dance (Country, Swing/Lindy Hop, . . .) multiple nights a week, am an avid movie goer, foodie and gourmet cook, time permitting, ski (Epic Pass, ex Ski Instructor and happy to teach), whitewater kayak, mountain bike, hike, . . . I would welcome housemates with shared interests. Ideal housemates would share the same values of respect, cleanliness, communication, professionalism, and be similarly easy-going and active outside the home. Monthly utilities including gas/electric, water and sewer, trash, and internet estimated at ~$100/person or less are shared equally.
