This apartment is great! The grounds are clean and well kept and the staff are great! Gabe is an awesome property manager! He is accessible, responsive, and really cares about the property and it’s denizens. I Couldn’t be happier with living here.

I cannot say enough great things about West Briar Commons! I LOVED living at West Briar Commons. The property manager, Gabe, is fantastic to work with. He made the process of finding the right apartment and moving in a breeze. I loved my apartment at West Briar - it had a great floor plan and an attached garage. It was so nice to drive into my garage and walk right into my apartment. I felt safe and knew that my car was secure. Their maintenance staff is fantastic and snow is removed quickly in the winter. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. I loved my time at West Briar and if I would be looking for a rental in Sioux Falls in the future I would not hesitate to move back to West Briar. Cannot recommend West Briar enough!!!!!
