Four Bedroom House in Durango West I - This four-bedroom, three-bathroom house includes an oversized two-car garage, fenced backyard, covered porch, and washer/dryer. Lovely, wooded neighborhood. En suite bathroom and walk-in closet in primary bedroom. Storage shed in backyard with dog door. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, and W/S/T). Dogs are allowed with a $200 deposit per pet. No cats. No smokers. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $40 application fee for EACH adult. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. After hours, utilize the drop box outside our office, but please label payments with your name and the rental address.
