2 -bedroom 2-bath duplex. New wood plank vinyl floor through out. No carpet! New granite countertop. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. You pay for water, sewer and electric. Community pool and gym. Very close to Grand Blvd., Sandestin and the bay! Long-term rental only. Pet friendly with fee. Storage room for beach gear, bike, etc. Will be move in ready around the middle of December 2026.
