There is a spacious and unfurnished room available for rent for a female in a lovely two-bedroom apartment starting October 1st in New Edinburgh. The 10x10 room has three windows and a large closet. Hardwood flooring runs through the entire apartment. Rent is $480 a month, not inclusive. Laundry is on-site; Internet and hydro are separate but very cheap - the last hydro bill (bi-monthly) was $38. Looking for a female roomie who is clean and friendly. I am a third year female student at the U of O. I'm pretty quiet and mostly keep to myself but I do like to have fun and cook. Many amenities such as a Metro, restaurants, gas station, Second Cup, and a Subway are in the area and the transit stop for the 1, 5, and 7 is a two minute walk.
